The Polarion ALM Start-Up Package is a comprehensive solution specifically designed to support emerging enterprises in digitalizing their processes. With this program, you get a range of essential components, such as SaaS Polarion licenses, training, and support hours, empowering you to effectively manage your design and development activities using an industry leading ALM software (Polarion ALM)—cost-effectively and stress-free.

The program includes the following at a preferred start-up price*:   

Software licenses and hosting—During the contracted period, we will:

• Provide necessary software licenses to get your team access to Polarion ALM and provide license management support
• Host an out-of-the-box (OOTB) Polarion ALM instance on behalf of your company for a hassle-free instant-on experience
• Maintain the Polarion instance and provide support for any critical events
• Provide yearly recommendations and support for one system upgrade each year

Note:  Integrations or custom deployments are not covered under this program.

One-year access to self-training materials—Empower your team with a robust suite of self-training videos that cover the fundamentals of Polarion, project management techniques, document handling, product traceability, and system configuration and management. The self-training package also includes a detailed document that offers guidance for a seamless transition. Your team will have access to all materials for a full year.

Two expert-led live training or Q&A sessions—Led by seasoned Polarion experts with industry expertise, the live sessions take users through key business functions, such as systems management and quality assurance, and offer guidance around important industry regulations, like ISO13485, ISO26262, DO-178C, and more. Each session is 60 minutes.

Continued Support: We understand that questions and challenges may arise along your journey with Polarion. To ensure your success, we offer 10 hours per year of dedicated consultative services, where you can ask questions, get hands-on support, discuss best practices, and more.
