Dan Sterling, President

Mr. Sterling has led the organization since its inception. Working with such prestigious organizations as McDonnell Douglas, Motorola, Honeywell and Guidant, Dan has managed product development processes spanning the aerospace, medical device and telecommunication industries. His experience with FDA and FAA regulations lends to the assurance that “best practices” are thoroughly applied throughout the development lifecycle. His diligence, dedication, and management credo – “do whatever it takes” – has been proven repeatedly, and consistently bring results to our clients.

John Campbell

John Campbell, VP of Operations

With over 30 years’ management experience, 20 years in medical device development, Mr. Campbell has exceptional knowledge of the medical device industry. He has successfully managed teams involved in product development of Class II & III medical devices, test system design, test automation, process development, process automation, and electronic documentation system development. He led a Director-level team in a complete re-write of 1000+ person company’s SOP’s to bring them into compliance with 21CFR820 and ISO 9001. His years of experience also include terms as Site Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer, Integrated Circuit Receiving Inspection & Test Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, and Manufacturing Supervisor.

John Fargo

John Fargo, PLM Manager

Mr. Fargo brings a logical, analytical viewpoint to the processes and steps necessary to implement solutions for Sterling’s clients. As a specialist in Polarion ALM, he has successfully managed teams involved in the installation and implementation of the tool for companies large and small. With over 5 years of hands on Polarion experience, and hundreds of users trained, clients love the combination of John’s technical expertise, insight, and decisiveness.

Alex Caine

Alex Caine, Business Development Lead

Mr. Caine oversees customer relationships and business development for Sterling PLM with a focus on responsiveness, understanding, and always doing what’s best for his clients. He’s architected and implemented solutions for companies ranging from startups to $1B+ corporations, and for teams of up to 150+ engineers. Since the inception of Sterling’s PLM division, Alex has consistently demonstrated a commitment to building partnerships that prioritize integrity, client needs, and Sterling’s tried and true credo – “do whatever it takes”.
