Dan Sterling, President
Mr. Sterling has led the organization since its inception. Working with such prestigious organizations as McDonnell Douglas, Motorola, Honeywell and Guidant, Dan has managed product development processes spanning the aerospace, medical device and telecommunication industries. His experience with FDA and FAA regulations lends to the assurance that “best practices” are thoroughly applied throughout the development lifecycle. His diligence, dedication, and management credo - “do whatever it takes” - has been proven repeatedly, and consistently bring results to our clients.
John Campbell, VP of Operations
Vice President of Operations John Campbell has over 30 years of management experience. He has exceptional knowledge of regulated industries, specializing in quality management, software development, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Campbell helped establish Sterling PLM, overseeing the application lifecycle management team, providing direct client support, and managing service expansions. He has successfully managed product development teams involved in medical software products, test system design, test automation, process development, process automation, and electronic documentation system development. He chaired a director-level team in re-writing the standard operating procedures for a company employing over 1,000 people to comply with industry standards. His experience includes terms as Director of Test Systems Design & Development, Site Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer, Integrated Circuit Receiving Inspection and Test Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, and Manufacturing Supervisor. Mr. Campbell earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Houston. He finds value in using his decades of professional experience to help educate project teams and overcome challenges.
Anish Prabhu, PLM Manager
As a PLM Manager for Sterling PLM, Anish Prabhu is primarily focused on digital transformation for compliance-based industries. Anish earned his Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and joined the Sterling team in 2014. Anish has a broad knowledge of industry regulations like ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and ISO 26262. He brings his unique expertise in requirements management, verification and validation, risk analysis and traceability to help customers in understanding the benefits of a PLM platform for their organization.
